Jake loves the outdoors so I thought it would be fun to head up to the mountains for the weekend. Starwood Hotels has a great program called “Love That Dog”. Pet-friendly policies that include beds and bowls in your room. I booked a room at the Westin Riverfront Resort in Avon, Colorado and we got on the road. Have you ever packed a suitcase for a dog before? Leash…check…dog food…check…medicine…check…squeaky stuffed squirrel…check. A couple hours later, we were at the hotel. Amazing place.
